Zero-Loss Executive Content Capture: How We Turned a 500-Person Summit Into a Scalable Content Asset
05/07/2026ProcureCon West brought together competing global procurement brands on a single stage. Every sponsor needed to feel like the room was built for them. None of them could know it was built for all of them at once.
Eleven Eleven Audio Visual was tasked with delivering a scalable scenic production system capable of supporting multiple global brands, hybrid audiences, and zero-failure execution.

1. The Challenge: Designing for Multi-Brand, High-Stakes Execution
Enterprise-scale conferences require more than aesthetic appeal; they demand brand governance and broadcast-grade reliability. For ProcureCon West, Eleven Eleven Audio Visual was tasked with engineering a modular environment that satisfied the following high-stakes requirements:
- CVI Synchronicity
Integrating multiple global brands (Zycus, Coupa, Tag) within a single, cohesive stage environment.
- Architectural Visibility
Overcoming venue sightline limitations to ensure 100% visual engagement for 1,000+ in-room attendees.
- Zero-Downtime Transitions
Enabling rapid-fire brand shifts between keynote sessions without technical lag or scenic reconfiguration.
- Broadcast Parity
Optimizing the physical environment for both human-eye contrast and 8K camera sensor clarity.
2. Our Solution: Modular Scenic Design with Integrated AV Precision
We delivered a fully engineered enterprise event set design & scenic production system tailored for performance, flexibility, and visual impact.
We built a modular scenic system around custom textured panels with programmable LED wash lighting — allowing real-time color transitions between brand palettes without touching a single piece of physical scenery. When Zycus wrapped and Coupa took the stage, the room transformed in seconds.
Multiple integrated display screens carried sponsor branding, event identity, and live presentation content simultaneously — all switching seamlessly from a single control position. No blackouts, no lag, no visible handoff.
The spatial layout was engineered for two audiences at once: the 1,000+ in-room attendees who needed clear sightlines from every seat, and the camera sensors capturing the stage for broadcast distribution. Roundtable networking areas transitioned to theater-style presentation seating without disrupting the visual environment.
Every scenic surface was finished with non-reflective coatings to prevent sensor blooming under the 5600K calibrated stage lighting — ensuring the broadcast output matched the in-room experience in color accuracy and contrast.
In high-stakes corporate environments, technical failure is a risk to leadership credibility. Our production architecture included:
-
Balanced 5600K Lighting: All stage illumination was calibrated to a precise 5600K color temperature, ensuring broadcast-ready skin tones for post-event content distribution.
-
Anti-Glare Textures: Scenic surfaces were finished with specialized non-reflective coatings to prevent "Lumen Washout" and sensor blooming during the live recording.
